When you repaid one loan with another, you will have been given a rebate of the PPI, the remaining PPI would have been paid back by you with the funds from the next loan (with PPI), this rebate and remaining PPI would go for each new loan going forward and so on..use the fact that these were Single Premium PPI consolidation loans and the way the early settlement rebate worked for each loan as a reason for mis sell.
If you had a good sick package from work, savings and maybe life insurance then use these as reasons too.
I agree with every word you say regarding the banks and PPI mis sell, nice for the banks to get a taste of their own medicine for a change.0
