auntie visiting from ox with a visa travel card

My auntie is visiting her relatives in England from Australia (sorry about the typo in the subject) and has got a visa travel card with her issued by anz bank. I had heard that if she was to take money out at a cash machine she could be charged. Does anyone know if this is the case? or do the charges vary according to whose (which bank) the cash machine belongs to?

Thanks SaveTheEuro. That link you posted says : "Please note that some ATM operators may also charge you an additional fee that will be deducted from the balance on your ANZ Travel Card. Not all ATM operators advise of this additional fee or the amount of the fee before you withdraw money from their ATM."

Does anyone know which UK banks do charge, and which do not? Or is this fee just the usual one in the UK that would apply to any cash withdrawal, i.e. machines in some pubs etc.?
