Conservatory

I'm seriously considering having a conservatory installed along the back of my house. I want a full length one: 7.5m x 3.5m - I also need full electrical wiring with multiple sockets and either underfloor heating or a suitable alternative. Plastering on either side of the structure and heat reflecting glass. Double or triple glazing.
My budget is limited to £18k only. Can it be done or am I too ambitious?

Well I was hoping someone on this forum would be able to advise, but clearly not!

I had mine done (4.5x3.5) for 12k including electrics, plastering and flooring (no underfloor heating though).
THis is from a local company - get some quotes to get an idea of what you want. Dont go to a national chain, unless you wanted a laugh. for the same as above, they quoted 26k.

I'm always amazed when people come on this site asking for prices. The price will be dependant upon individual requirements and local workmen rates. The cost of building a conservatory in London is not likely to be the same as an identical sized one built in Newcastle!
What value (excuse the pun) is a figure obtained from a Forum - it cannot be used as a bargaining figure. Get several local quotes0
