CGT on BTL That we previously lived in

Hello,

If anyone can assist with a query regarding the CGT to pay from the sale of our BTL.

Property Details :

Purchased with my Partner in joint name and lived in property until 2005.

Purchase Price : £113 K
Purchase Date : 1999 August
Rent Start Date : 2004 August
Current Value : 300 K

Bought a new home and put this property in question on rent.

Still with the same partner.

Can any please assist with CGT we would have to pay ?
My partner works and I am a stay at home mum.

  • You might find more info on either the mortgage or tax boards.
    This si for credit cards.

    repost on the tax board ... lots of expertise there

    however when you do, please clarify what you mean about rented it in august 2004 but lived in property until 2005
