Hi
What would you do?
I have a 99.9% rating as a seller with over 2500 feedback and a buyer had left a neutral by mistake. They have put a comment afterwards saying sorry v.happy. I have no more neutrals and 1 neg in last 12 mths. i have 1 mutual withdrawl. Would it look better to have 2 mutual withdrawls or leave the 1 neutral with the comment?
TIA patch

I personally would leave it as is, but maybe follow up on the feedback that they left you if you can on your own page. Just saying, no problem about mistaken neutral, glad you're happy. Can you still leave follow ups on your own feedback?
When i'm browsing through feedback i'm normally scrolling pretty fast looking for any negs or neutrals, i will stop and read these. I reckon this is pretty common behaviour, and i think that having it in the open like that, rather than people wondering what the mutually withdrawn feedback looks better. HTH!:j Ready to take control of my life! :j

leave it as it is - the buyer explains their mistake. People will read this. If you withdraw mutually, it looks like you're trying to hide something...April Grocery Challenge £81/£1200

I agree with above if you withdrew it I would assume they had left a neg.0

leave it as it is, if the comment is not bad in any way no-one will take it too seriously0
