Another call from Aqua demanding money (still on the line now.) Have demanded that they never call me again asking for money which I don't owe them, and once again they assure me that they won't be calling me again, not holding my breath. They are currently removing my numbers from the system.

I've now received a new credit card in the post, nearly 5 months after the previous one was stopped due to fraud. I still have to ensure this has no negative impact on my credit rating and that the fraudulent transaction is permanently removed. I can't spend on the card and would be stupid to set up a direct debit until this has been sorted, but it's a step in the right direction.

Yet another call from Aqua demanding money, phone put down sharply. Some people never learn.

Called Aqua to complain again about their constant harassment. They are now saying it's their management company doing the calls demanding money which they have no claim to. There is now a note on my account saying not to call me again, only took an hour on the phone, which probably hasn't achieved anything.
  • They have given me a new card, but still haven't removed their illegally reapplied fraudulent transaction. They've even charged me late payment fees and stolen my accrued cashback as a payment for money I don't even owe them.

They've responded to my first letter of complaint and not really addressed the issues. They say the reapplied transaction is an "accounting error." This hasn't stopped them adding interest to their accounting error, charging late payment fees for it and making threatening phone calls demanding money for it. They've not removed it after I called to ask them to remove it since they've said it's an accounting error. I'll contemplate next stage.
