World Cruise Travel Insurance

Help!! My wife and I are going on a world cruise in January 2014 for 109 days on the P&O 'Aurora'. P&O's preferred travel insurance company have quoted us a policy for a mere £3495!!! and that was before declaring any pre-existing medial conditions Does anyone know of a good world cruise travel insurance company with a realistic premium? I am aged 67 & my wife is 63. We both have pre-existing medical conditions.
