Question re Warm Home Discount Scheme

I've recently found out that I qualify for this scheme, and wanted to see if my friend is also eligible. I'm not sure if she pays her bills quarterly or is on prepayment, but she claims DLA. I'm not exactly sure what Pension Credit is, but I know that she is in her early sixties and works part time, and is not eligible for her state pension until next year. Sorry to be a little unclear on some of the details, but would it be worth her applying for it? Thanks for reading.
