Praise - Carphone Warehouse

Apparantly over the last few months all carphone warehouse staff have had to undergo a customer service refresher course, and it seems to have paid off massively - during the process of cancelling my contract and taking out a new phone, plus a visit over my mums phone, I visited four different CPW's in the Merseyside area and found the service in all of them much improved from previous visits!
Just found it a change from phone shops which are usually rude and harassing and don't seem to want to help at all. I'd definately reccomend anyone whos had a bad experience in the past giving them a fresh try!
