Whats going on with Barclaycard

in Credit cards
First of all apologies if this is in the wrong place but I'm new here and hoping someone can help me please.
A couple of years ago my debts hit an all time high and I realised I had to do something serious about it I was getting hassled everywhere and all my 12 or so credit cards were at their limit.
Cut a long story short I contacted all my creditors and made payment plans with them. All but one company, Barclaycard, were brilliant very helpful and understanding. Barclaycard chose to act in THE most vile manner anyone can imagine and nearly drove me over the edge together with their debt collection company Mercers etc.
Anyway did all I could and eventually they and their debt collectors backed off afer I made a complaint to the Ombudsman. Since then almost 2 years ago I've had no contact from Barclaycard. I pay them £10 per month on a debt of some £10k and am scared stiff to contact them to check the balance etc in case it all kicks off again but at the same time find it so odd they've not contacted me at all?
Is this normal?
I dont really now what to do.
All my other creditors send me periodic statements and keep in regular contact and with them having frozen charges and interest I'm actually paying off my debts.

Sounds a bit odd. Would be better to make contact and resolve as even without interest you will never pay that debt off at your stated payment.
Have you gone through step change or another fee free debt charity, as putting everything through them would provide some distance and give you an objective opinion on your situation and the best resolution.0
