I'm used to getting these mail order/ competition letters with my magazine, but now I'm getting a little sick of these letters coming on their own.
The latest is so misleading.
-It states 'no participation will be taken in to consideration should this envelope not be used for ordering' - yet no purchase is apparently necessary .
- I would have to tick my details are correct- yet in the same sentence , by ticking, I am accepting further correspondence and games.
- The wording for saying you 'really have won' is pretty big. The wording saying ' upon you holding and returning ... We will official be able to announce: '.
The whole thing would give the impression that you have won. You havnt won, just being entered for a draw. But by ordering an item from the options- you'd get your prize quicker.
Does anyone know how I can be taken off the mailing list without cancelling the magazine . I've only just signed up again for a year.
