I'm waiting on a parcel. It's being delivered by DPD. I've just had an email telling me it's arriving between such and such and such and such (hour delivery slot) and I can see on the link where the van is. The link tells me my delivery driver's name, how many deliveries there are before me and I can track the van on a wee…

I love this company for doing this. I'm deaf and often miss the doorbell going, I asked social services for help and got a vibrating pager attached to the bell but it only works about half the time.

This is the only delivery company I actually get my packages from! If anyone else is delivering I have to get it sent to my Nan's house.
