Recommendations for SAD lamp

been using a golite blu by philips for 3 winters now, very good investment and seems to work
its a bit pricier than the rest, but the cordless system is handy and it can be used as an alarm too.0 -
don`t bother with a sad lamp, just get biobulbs and put them everywhere you can

they are still energy saving but are full spectrum. At least put one where you sit the most
you dont want these bulbs in your room in the evenings, it can mess up you sleep as your body thinks its still daytime right before you hit the sack.0 -
How did you all get on? Thinking of getting one of these for this year. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

I got this one:

and it works v well for me, although it is quite big so you'd need enough space to put it in (but it doesn't weigh much). Used it for an hour in the mornings last winter and felt much better for it so will be getting it out again any day now.

Another vote for the philips golite blu. I have the 3320 version and used it religiously whilst i was at work in an office with no windows. I wouldn't have been without it. I got mine on ebay for about £90 and it was money very well spent.0
