best joint account

Hi, what is everyone using for their joint accounts?

are there any that I should stay away from, or look at? Or should i just follow the main bank account guide and make it a joint version?

It's no different to sole accounts.

Just note that if you're looking at packaged accounts you both get the benefits from them whilst only paying one monthly fee - so makes accounts like Nationwide's FlexPlus much better value for money.

You seem to contradict yourself by saying its no different and then pointing out the key difference in that you often get double the benefits on a packaged account for no additional cost.

To the OP - generally if you are the sort that goes for packaged accounts then these are best in joint because of the effective cost savings. The only ones to possibly avoid for joint accounts are those with a decent in credit interest rate as these often have a relatively low cap and by having one each you can save more with this higher interest.

When I used to have a joint account we had one packaged account in joint names and then a basic account each in single names (technically mine wasnt a basic account but it was free because of my income)
