Ideas for very cheap Christmas presents please!

Some do. Personally I have never bought a teacher a Xmas present. I always think it's hard enough at end of school year for them to have 30 mini gifts, without doing it at Christmas too. Not all teachers give their pupils gifts either. Mine are now yr 6 and 9 and I only remember it happening occasionally. I mentioned DD getting the pencil and rubber pictured in yr4 as a comment about it's suitability as OP is looking for something for same age kids. Gift giving to teachers/pupils disappears in the Secondary school years, you have that to look forward to.:DIs this the norm? My DS just started reception, we have been told no sweeties for birthdays, there are 3 reception classes at our school, over 80 kiddies, that's a lot of sweeties! But do teachers and pupils really buy each other Xmas presents? What does teacher do with 30 chocolate oranges lol? Crikey I'd better acquaint myself with school etiquette...0 -
What about a communal board game for each class, that can be used in golden time, or at wet play. A little more long lasting and substantial."On behalf of teachers, I'd like to dedicate this award to Michael Gove and I mean dedicate in the Anglo Saxon sense which means insert roughly into the anus of."
