I currently have a repayment mortgage with Future Mortgages and cannot find paperwork. How can I find out if I am paying PPI before mortgage ends?

How can I find out if I am paying PPI before mortgage ends?
Look at your bank statement and see if you have a monthly direct debit going out. One of the reasons mortgage insurance complaints mostly fail is that most people do take out insurance and for good reason. The need is greater than loan and credit card and most mortgage insurances are standalone and away from the mortgage. So, dont suffer many of the issues that credit card and loan insurance has.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. Thanks for replying, I have since found paperwork and no mention of PPI. There is not a d/d going out from my bank to insurance that I don't already know about, so I guess I don't have PPI on mortgage, but thanks anyway!0 -
Mortgage PPI is life insurance, unemployment cover, critical illness cover and mortgage protection.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

I think you missed out a word. Mortgage PPI is payment protection insurance which covers accident, short term sickness and unemployment. It does not cover critical illness, life assurance or long term sickness.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
