If they didn't take over the liabilities of the old company, the new company may not have any responsibility to you.0 -
1 year...my ****...5 years minimum. I'd expect at least 10 in reality.The company came back and said 1 year, so tough cheddar. I said 1 year for a £700 mattress was scandalous. Working out my next steps..... All advice welcome, thanks.
Maybe it's 1 year for the full warranty. I'd be asking for a 50% discount on another one. That's 2.5 years out of 5 years.:footie:
