New windows and rendering needed

Definitely need new windows on the one side of the house. It is the cold side so would consider triple glazing...4 big windows and a little one, plus two small windows at the gable end of the house.

Also the rendering on the house needs re-doing because of cracks - too far gone to fudge. The outside of this detached house is approximately 9 yards by 12 yards

Should I have a builder to do both the windows and rendering ? Is it a better end result if the windows and rendering are done at the same time ?

Or would it be better to have the windows put in by 'specialists'

Any advice on this matter greatly appreciated

Also any ideas on cost ?

No idea re rendering however somewhere in this section is a quote thread about windows.
I have posted on it re my triple glazing costs and others have done too.
You should have a looksie for it it will give you an idea how much windows cost.
