An update. Following our Committee Meeting we have decided to follow the suggestions of using an Excel spreadsheet for our membership software. I've given myself a crash refresher on manipulating Excel and doing a mail merge into Word.
If anyone who is using Excel/Word for a similar purpose could PM me so that I could make contact just to share their experiences, I would be most grateful, as I'd like to make sure that I'm doing things in the most effective way.0
