Approx age of boiler help please?

We are trying to work out an estimate age for our boiler, to see if we can qualify for help with a new one (low income, boiler is very inefficent)
It says its a -
BAXI Bermuda 50 5 Inset
Serial no: LWH0404
Its a back boiler so can't see much more of it as behind a fire.
Looks old though

May not be very old but if you are trying to meet the criteria for affordable warmth ie 8 years old, I think you will qualify via various other classifications ie efficiency.0
