BMSavings and Coventry BS are paying 1.60% on online easy access accounts but no more than 4 withdrawals per year.
If you were willing to forgo Internet accounts entirely on some of your savings you could get 1.75% easy access from Britannia by branch/post/telephone. (Max 4 withdrawals per year to keep that rate.)

Santander is one of the rare banks to allow 100K faster payments, but it may not arrive instantly due to fraud checking.
Nationwide's limit is 10K
HSBC's limit is 10K
First Direct's limit is 10K (but they can schedule a payment of upto £49999 for next day sending)0 -

Natwest's current faster payment is £20k per customer per day, with Saturday, Sunday and Monday all counting as one day.Nationwide's limit is 10K
To be clear on this, it's £10k per transaction at Nationwide - you can do multiple transactions in a single day.0 -

The NatWest FAQs refer to scheme limits on http://www.fasterpayments.org.uk/.

Try to make a payment greater than £20k (or a payment that means your total for that weekday exceeds £20k), and you'll get an error message telling you that's the limit.0 -
