Aqua credit card accepted ? Or decline ?

Hey yesterday I applied online for this aqua card, I entered all my details and then a credit agreement popped up asking me to electronically sign it said if we can offer you a card the apr will be 49.9% (I pay in full so 49.9% isn't an issue) after I signed it electronically it gave another screen saying "we are unable to make a decision right now and we will be in touch shortly by post" and gave me an application number.

Last time I applied with them I got a straight decline, what do you all think ?

Thanks in advance for any replies :)

  • Let me just check my crystal balls.....

But seriously, I understand you are eager to find out the result of your application but anything you're told here is going to be purely anecdotal.

If I were you I'd wait until Monday, ring them and ask.

With your past in paying back what you've borrowed I would be very surprised if even the likes of a 50% APR Aqua credit card will accept you.

Just to clear things up here

    1. I have 1 default on file 4+ years old
    2. No late payments
    3. I didn't know my credit file was a public record which you could see, so please don't comment on my past dealings if you don't have all the facts.

    4. I wasn't asking if I was accepted I was just asking general opinion too see if this had happened to anyone else and what the out come was.

    Thanks anyway :)

You really have a bad habit of putting your nose in people's business ...

Isn't it about time for you to come back as someone else anyway? Seeing as, like, everyone here knows who you are...

Zero point in speculating, won't change what the outcome will be
