Extra children...

Hello compers,

I hope that you are all well?

I have been on and off comping since just before last Christmas, I am not familiar yet with everything in the world of comping.
So, a question for you that has been bugging me...When entering holiday competitions, the majority of them state that they are for 2 adults, 2 children. Well, in our family we have myself, my husband and our 3 children. Do you know from experience or other means whether you can 'add' another child, at your own expense obviously?

Luckily i don't have that problem but do have the opposite. There's just myself and my 17 year old son now and most holidays are for more children etc and two adults. Most companies have told me I could still have the prize. Guess they don't care because they'd pay out less for less people.
