2 GB SD memory card for £10.80 or less with Photography magazine

Seeing as I read PP every month I've signed up to this.
Hopefully it will all go through OK and I'll end up with 6months' subscription and a 2gb sd card (which I needed to buy anyway) for £10.80. Most 2gb sd cards are £9.99 so that means 6months' subscription for £0.81 - which is 13.5p per issue - around 4% of the cover price

I've also received my second magazine but still no memory card. I have not been in touch with them yet about the card but I think I'll be doing that this week.
The second magazine had a tear in the wrapper, does anyone know if they send the memory cards out with the magazine or or is sent separately?

yes, me too. i hope this doesn't end up like the infamous Computer Shopper toolkit, where the customer service staff just claimed they would get it posted out over and over again. a year on, i'm still waiting...

still, at least the £4.80 quidco has now been paid, so that restricts the losses a little.

I was meant to receive my memory card by the end of July, but still haven't had anything. I phoned them up yesterday and after a lot of checking and putting me on hold, they've ordered me another one... to be with me within 28 days. I'll keep you posted.

i've now waited 2x28 days from 2 different promises to send the card, and still, nothing. I get the impression this is a big scam. :mad:

I got my third Magazine the other day, my second 28 day period is up so I emailed again yesterday. Will post the response.

I haven't had a reply to the e-mail I sent on the 11th but today the postman popped 2 through the door. Have now had to email them about what to do with the other one.
