the rule is simple you have to declare any savings you child(ren)have over £3000

So that means ex will have to give me details of whats in the account, I don't think he will be happy to do that (I can see his point in a way, its not any of my business). I also don't trust that after the first deposit that he will remember to tell me if he puts anymore in (again I can see his point of that, why should he, it doesn't effect him)
I sign on tomorrow so will ask at the JC then but I am not expecting to get a answer, most times I have asked things they don't know but hopefully they should point me in the direction of someone who will know.0
