how do i report this seller

I won an item 3 weeks ago, it was listed as collection only but stated in the description they would post if required. I contacted seller to ask them what post would be before hand and they quoted me. I contacted them after auction to ask for postage invoice to be sent, chased up a couple of times but they have never replied.

I can't open a case as I have not paid for the item (no point as the postage won't be included).

I know I won't ever get the item (which I won at a good price) but feel i would like to report them as it annoys me when people won't despatch because they didn't get the price they wanted. They should just start auction at price they are happy with

I would leave feedback as well. It may/could be removed if the seller knows how/what they are doing (non payment). However it may also wake them up.

Thanks, I wonder if this is part of the 'scam', list as collection but state in description they will post so if they don't get price they want any negative can be removed. Very clever
  • I would pay.

This may wake them up in which case you can pay postage later. It will prevent a NPB. It will cause them hassle. Your feedback, as long as it is within policy, will stay.

They will likely refund. If they don't then you claim INR. Which further gives them grief.

Good plan, I would if it was a 99p item but it was £25 (Christmas present) I know I would get the money back but can't really afford for it to be held for weeks until case is sorted out. I have looked at their completed items and everything is collection but states in description can post
