Security for UPVC French Doors?

My conservatory has UPVC glazed french doors, wanting ideas on improve security.
I've already replaced the euro cylinder with a Yale that resists snapping etc.
The locking door has two rollers which engage with the other door when the handle is pulled up.
The other door has a hand operated bolts into the top and bottom frames, only accessible when the locking door is open.
The hinges are on the outside and have ordinary screws, I think undoing these would let the doors just fall out.

Could you replace the screws with security screws ? They come in various sizes. My mother's French windows have a bolt with a key at the bottom so that the glass can't be smashed to unbolt.0
