Dave Brooker....maybe youre happy to be constantly ripped off by companies, but Im not. When i made my 'text entry' had they put on the page 'Please spend your phone bill on something that you actually have no chance of receiving I wouldnt have bothered.

Seeing as I have paid out over £100 of my own money for train fare to london, parking fare and over 50 phone calls to incompetent idiots trying to get this sorted, even offering to pay expensive postage to get not even half of what was offered in the first place I think I am entitled to be a little annoyed. Even polite letters have had no effect...

Small Claims are very easy pursue...can all be done from the comfort of your PC, and the case will be heard in your local court (assuming it's a business you're suing).

Vary easy to do, and very informal. Worked for me.

go for it...the court papers have a way of focusing their attention!!!
