BT Sport help please

I've just installed the BT Sport app on my ipad, ready for son coming to watch football. However, it keeps coming up I have too many live streams so won't work.

As far as I know I'm only trying for one live stream.

Any suggestions?

That's what comes up, but I don't see what streams are running.

Have you tried clearing any Cookies on your Ipad, assuming Ipads have cookies - I don't really do Ipads :-)

Part of the problem is I don't really "do" ipads either! However I closed everything I could think of.

I then resorted to the laptop, with which I'm more competent but had wanted to avoid. No success there either, despite clearing cookies and trying both chrome and IE.

Ah well, will try again.

You will need to shut down all BTSport apps on all machines, then sit back and wait for an hour or two until the session times out. Then try again.

The problem with BT Sport is that if a connection is not shut down cleanly (e.g. if you close the browser on a PC without hitting the stop button first), then the session hangs around for a considerable time before timing out.
