TMobile Hotspot Access

Hey all,
I'm hoping someone might be able to give me contact details for the Managing director or their assistant for TMobile UK as dealing with customer service has not worked for me at all.
Almost a month and a half has past since I applied for WiFi hotspot access, the procedure went through, then I tried my login details and they didnt work.
I called Customer service who said they'd look into the problem, they said they'd give me a weeks free access with a temporary username and password, so that was helpfull. However a week passed and I still hadnt heard from them so I had to chase them, they said the issue had been escalated. Whatever that means.
Anyway after many emails and calls to TMobile I am still without access, all they can tell me is - the problem is with the engineers... I've written to complaints section, that amounted to nothing, I've suggested cancelling the order so I just reapply again , they said if it were that simple they'd have done that !
So I'm at my wits end now with them, I'm fed up of calling and asking for a status update, I feel I get ratty with the person on the other end of the line even though I know that person isnt directly responsibile but they just keep telling me the same thing.
So if anyone knows how I can go right up the ladder to the very top it would be appreciated, I had a problem once with sky and customer service were terrible, So I wrote to richard murdoch, his assistant got back in touch and solved the problem within a day.. !
