Parental control for just 1 account

Can anyone recommend me a free parental control program that I can install for just 1 windows account. I tried Norton family but it kept telling me I had an outdated version even though I had just downloaded it from the norton website. I also tried K9 web protection but that affected the whole computer.

I only want it for blocking websites.

The latest edition of PC Pro magazine did a comparison of these Parental Control software programs, and recommended Norton and K9, in that order...

Just use Family Shield from Opendns http://www.opendns.com/. It's free to control up to 3 computer devices. A very easy way of filtering out dodgy sites with different levels of control from low to high which you can change any time.
When you set up OpenDNS family shield on your router, every device in your home sharing your Internet connection gets protected. (Free for up to 3 devices, there is a cost above that) In addition to computers, this includes such things as Wii, DS, Xbox, iPad, and phones which are sharing your network. When my children were very young I even filtered out sites such as Youtube, facebook etc. I've only ever used the free service.
