Just signed up for a 9 month broadband contract with no phone line. 30mb cost me £22.50 and I installed it myself so saved myself £50! Used saynoto0870.com to get a number as I can't afford to call those numbers and got 01618341852. Really good service and based in the UK.

12 month SIM Only Check if you can get a good 3 mobile signal first - unlimited tethering £15pm including 2000 any network minutes and unlimited data.
Why pay extra for broadband if you can use your mobile? (not everyone can get a good signal from 3 inside buildings - check first).
... now with free roaming in Ireland, Denmark, Italy, Austria, Australia, Sweden and one other which escapes me.From the late great Tommy Cooper: "He said 'I'm going to chop off the bottom of one of your trouser legs and put it in a library.' I thought 'That's a turn-up for the books.' "0 -
Tethering is all very good, but when you're watching a video, loading up forum pages and got a SwagBucks video in the background, it just doesn't cut it. I struggle with my cable internet at home, I just couldn't live without fibre optic broadband and tethering is a really poor comparisonBroke Student :beer:0

Flo you sound like a bit of a drama queen when it comes to fibre !
I have lived years with 1.5MBps via the landline because it has been the fastest available but if your life revolves around heavy bandwidth requirements then I fully understand - each to his or her own
