My current freezer has given up the ghost about 5-6 years old I want to buy a new one integrated under counter but with auto defrost as the old one didn't have this and was a pain.
There is so many out there and I often find the best advice is on these forums.
Meile Vacumm New Printer Laptop etc etc. More than anything is I want to avoid ones where there are known problems.
I would appreciate any advice you can give me, Thanks!

Again Liebherr or Miele is your best, followed by Bosch Neff or Siemens. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Thanks the problem is that I need to find an integrated under counter finding it difficult to find a frost free one, Meile one is over £800 An AEG one at £495 price wise is good but don't know about them. I will have another look and see what there is in the brands you suggest.
I note that there are a lot of American style and tall freezers and less under counter a lot of cheaper ones with out the frost free.
Thanks again0 -
BSh definitely dont make a frost free undercounter built in freezer so your choices are down to Miele (I am not certain its frost free) and AEG. Check Liebherr. Also look at Gorenje
from UK Whitegoods (trade forum/website) review: 'Gorenje is not a very well known brand to the general public but is well known in the industry' link here:

We bought an integrated tall fridge a couple of years ago, after much research, there was nothing to match it in price/quality anywhere else, and we've been delighted with it.Reason for edit? Can spell, can't type!0 -
Thanks again for the most helpful advice I did have another look last night and as you say there are not that many freezers undercounter intergrated ones.
Only a handful I did have another look last night but now I will look at the other suggestions. Meile do it but over £800 so just too expensive. Around £500 I would pay. I didn't realise that most of the freezers out there are not frost free but with the old one it is a pain so am happy to pay a bit more,
Thanks again

http://www.appliancesdirect.co.uk/p/agn58210f0/aeg-agn58210f0-freezer this one any use? I've used Appliances Direct before, they were fine to deal with, I found.Reason for edit? Can spell, can't type!0

Thank you I am going to buy it from Appliance Direct who are selling it for £475 or with a discount from Which of £20 I need to speak to Which as it is asking me to do it online.
The main reason for chosing them is that it tells you 2 men will deliver unpack it to check for damage and will take away the packaging.
I need to do whe which thing who will email with a number which I will then enter it into the invoice. They do charge for delivery which takes it back to the other company who don't but they charge £495 so it is the which which makes it cheaper The unpacking and the 2 men are what is swaying me.
I did check out the Company you suggested for the lower price but it was a 10-14 day delivery when I had to put my postcode in
Will sort out the which now.0 -
I have now ordered the AEG freezer through Appliances Direct. They have a offer for anything over £250 you join WHICH and save £20 I had been with Which previously signing up for £1 trial but discontinued it after the month but took their Money magazine for a while
The deal now is that you get 3 months for £3 ie £1 per month If I wish to continue it will be £6.95 as opposed to £9.95 per month.
I paid my £3 got the £20 off my appliance so happy about Which magazine is good but probably will not continue in2014. As of today I was able to access their web site and there are a few things I want to buy so will make use of it.
Thanks again for the advice by you all who responded to my questions

I am delighted with my new freezer. It is so good to go into it and find there is not great amounts of ice on items. Easy to lift things out move them around etc. Very pleased and the delivery went as expected.
