I had an expensive Crockpot SC which recently broke so today I have popped in to Ald! And bought myself a 3.5 litre sc at £12.99. Hope it works as well as my crock pot as I loved meals cooked in that.0

I got the Russell Hobbs Sear and Serve, which allows you to brown things on the hob. I find if you don't fry off spices etc things are very bland. I bought mine from the eBay store which sells returns, still had a warranty and came in the box like new but was only £20 (I think on Amazon it was about £40)0
