Sky Plus Box Question

On certain channels and then random channels- get message insert sat card,
so unable to watch, have turned box on and off etc. but this is happening all the time,
should i be requesting a new box.

Try re-installing the software. Maybe a dodgy card, phone Sky.

You could try wiping the gold chip on your card gently with a clean, dry soft cloth, if that fails, then a call to Sky will be required.

sent e-mail to sky and explained just got e-mail back saying i would have to pay £10 for a new card!!

The cheeky bar stewards, tell them it is their card ( see back of card ), not yours.

You could try the cancel threat I suppose.
