Which way around do the codes go? Also, will they not be a different 2 codes for each 'brand' of paper?

Weird, I've tried putting the codes in twice in different order, but it comes up with an error message:

"There was a problem with the details you supplied:
The codes you have entered are not correct. Please check and try again."

Has it stopped working?

When I click on the link that Karlie kindly provided, it comes up with a page asking for name, email, 2 codes and the paper. Below it it says image verification but there is nothing there and there is no GO or SUBMIT button? I have tried refreshing the page numerous times.

Does this mean the offer is now over?

Just tried Karlies link again and I can see the image verification bit before putting any details in. It all worked ok for me earlier.

OPs codes appear to be from Portsmouth publication if there are different codes for each paper.

Thanks for this OP.

I have submitted the codes quoted and selected a different publication and it all seems to have gone through.

I got the verification code in the e-mail which I entered in my personal details section but, as usual, when I clicked UPDATE the page changed but it still shows the code in the box.
Just have to wait and see if I get a £10 voucher in my RSH account.
