I've entered them one at a time in the normal bit on personal details, but as always have no idea whether they have gone through or not, as they always seem to apply these codes later, not instantly!

Code I have been sent only has 3 blocks of numbers/letters and I need 5 blocks.....anyone else had same problem ?

its in the personal details bit you put it not the evoucher bit. They will add the evoucher for you later.
