It could be correct, depends on how accurate the meters been read lately. I have seen outgoing occupiers collect thousands back simply by mis reading electric dial meters over the last few years. Double check your outgoing meter reads before spending the credit. Some Eco 7 meters are also messed up by transposed readings and only come to light when incoming reads dont tally0
