What I would like to see is a single point of appeal on law, so if an appeal was made because there was no reasonable adjustment in the Equality Act, I would like to see how popla would handle it.

Then if rejected I would like to see them named in a claim together with the parking company, landowner and any retailer in a county court claim.

    Well we can hope

Prankster is doing what you mention....testing single points of appeal, one per appeal. This will help define a list of how effective each appeal reason is.

If you're brave enough you could try the same, ie get a PPC ticket and then appeal briefly to them and then get it over to POPLA.

BTW ....love the way prankster has used the 'witness statement' sidestep to play POPLA at their own game...brilliant.
