To be eligible, entries must be received on or before the closing date of 07/01/2014 at 11:59 PM.
3. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the UK.
4. There will be one prize winner, who will win a four night break for two in Maryland, USA. The prize includes four nights, for two people, on a B&B basis at the Orient-Express Hotels Ltd. resort The Inn at Perry Cabin, flights and airport transfer to the resort from Washington D.C. and an afternoon cruise for two people on the H.M. Krentz. The prize is available Sunday through Thursday and cannot be taken during any United States public holidays. The prize must be taken by 12th September 2014 (within one year of the competition start date).
The prize also includes one pair of return flights from London Heathrow in World Traveller to Washington D.C. with British Airways Plc (BA) for the winner and a companion. The prize flights are valid for travel between 17th February 2014 and 12th September 2014 and are subject to availability at the time of booking. The Winner is responsible for any additional expenses, including transportation to and from the airport and all incidental expenses. The winner and companion's travel shall be subject to the fare rules relating to the ticket and the General Conditions of Carriage.
The travel companion must be aged 18 or over. These terms and conditions apply to both the Winner and the companion. Both tickets must be redeemed at the same time and cannot be split. Tickets must be used on the same journey, on the same day and the same flights.
Where available, all prize flights will be issued as e-tickets. All transportation taxes, fees and charges are included. Tickets cannot be upgraded, transferred, sold or exchanged.
Flights are subject to availability and capacity control and must be booked at least 1 month in advance. BA reserves the right to limit the number of prize travel seats available on any flight. It is possible that there will be no prize travel seats allocated on a particular service or the flight may be fully booked for prize travel seats, even though other seats are still available in the same cabin, particularly during peak travel periods which includes school summer holidays and Christmas. BA does not accept any responsibility in the event that the winner is unable to book their preferred flights.
Winner/s may only chose from BA operated-flights. Travel on BA franchise, code-share and alliance airlines, domestic connections, and other add-ons are NOT included. Once booked, no changes can be made to tickets.
The winner and his/her travelling companion are responsible for supplying valid passports and visas and obtaining inoculations that may be required to visit the destination that is their prize. BA recommends that all passengers consider travel and medical insurance prior to commencing any flight.
Any other incidental expenses are not included in the above prize and must be paid for by the Winner. For the avoidance of doubt, BA will have no liability in relation to travel costs associated with travelling to or from the airports. In addition, the winner is responsible for any income or use tax assessed in connection with the prize.
Prize flights are non-changeable and non-transferable.
BA reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice any tickets issued in the event of major catastrophe, war, strike, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond the promoter's control.
5. The promoter reserves the right to amend the specification of the prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

7. No credit or cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.
