Can anyone help! Bought a candy washer and and dryer from Sainsburys in Oct 05 sent of free extended parts guarantee now its gone wrong.Have phoned Candy they have said never received guarantee card,will i have to pay full charges.:confused:

    They can do it off the serial number which gives them the week and year of production. ;)
