Dave sells it to Eddie.
Barry and Eddie cant tell Alan to go away, the car belongs to Alan.
You're either going to have to take a huge financial loss, and allow the person who stole your free hold a big fat bag of cash, or you're going to have to lawyer up and start racking up expenses you can reclaim from the land registry.0 -

I'd not seen this thread before - I think if it'd been me I'd have wanted those at fault to buy the flat off me at the price it was for sale at (as it wasn't a huge fortune, so not impossible), then let them sort out their problem in their own time, or take the loss.0
