Just wanted to praise JOY's exemplary customer service.
Due to a flaw in their website I was apparently able to order a dress that was out of stock. This was part of a larger order and the other items were in stock.
I received a personal email from one of their customer services assistants not only refunding the cost of the dress but also refunding my postage (even though I would still be receiving other items). On top of that, she created a personalised discount code for me that would be valid for 6 months, giving me a 10% discount in future. What excellent service :T Well done JOY! :T
