CCJ on old report, not on new one.

I got my first credit report last year to see how much I had left to pay on some debts, and at the bottom it said a Mrs(my name) had a ccj for £500. I'm Miss(my name) and I've never received any letters or anything about a ccj so I thought it was weird, but never did anything about it.
Today I signed up to noddle and got a new report, and there isn't anything on it about a ccj.
Could the 1st one have been wrong?

Possible that someone else's info was incorrectly matched on the first report and that mistake has now been rectified. Or if 6 years old, the CCJ would drop off the records whoever it belonged to.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Does that mean it's no longer payable if it is mine, or would I have to still find out where it's from and pay it? (which I am willing to do)0

If it is yours then it would still technically be payable. Do you know what it relates to then? And when was it dated?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I have absolutely no idea.
Dated 20/8/2007. From northampton ccbc and the amount. That's all that the credit report says.0 -
Over 6 years old then, so would have dropped off the reports anyway.
Even if it was your then they would now need permission from the court to enforce it, which is rarely given when that old.
Could still have been a mistake though, so not sure I can see in any point in being bothered about it unless someone comes chasing?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
