littlewoods advice

Id just like to see where you guys think I stand with littlewoods

So about 6 month ago I bought a new pram costing 470 pound, few weeks down the line it started to squeek really badly and the rain covers zip had bust, so I rang littkewoods and the lady said it was faulty and that I should send it back and she would send me a new pram so I agreed and she arranged for pick up of the faulty pram, guy picked the old pram up and took it away and littlewoods recieved it, but I was then told they are checking it and if they believe its not faulty id be made to pay for both prams, I would never of sent it back if I knew that, the women on the phone clearly stated it was faulty.......few weeks passed and after nurmerous phone calls the see why it had not been taken off my account and after being told nunerous times they would do it ...well they havnt so I rang today and was told theres no fault and its on its way back to me. I woukdnt of sent it back if the women on the phone never said it was faulty.

So all in all im paying for two prams at 80 odd pound amonth, welll they can think again ill pay for the pram ive got now and thats it. I do apologise about speeling errors and grammer.

  • You really thought a call centre agent for a mail order company was such an expert on prams that they could diagnose one by a simple telephone call?

Ultimately log a complaint about it to them. Hopefully the call is recorded so they can hear exactly what they did say to you and if it backs up your version of events it will be fairly clear cut.

On the basis the zip was broken, what are they saying about that? That it wasnt broken or that you had miss used it rather than it being faulty?
  • On the zip there just saying that its not bust at all it clearly is.
