I've an extension in my house but want to add a Conservatory for gym which will extend into the garden.
Are Conservatories suitable as Gym room?

Most conservatories are baking hot in Jul/Aug and freezing Nov to Apr.0

Have you considered blinds, as anyone who can see your conservatory can also see your efforts therein?0

Agree with I have spoken, our conservatory is either boiling or freezing! Plus you might have issues with condensation if you tend to get sweaty...0

My neighbour is building a conservatory with a full width door that opens wide onto the garden. I think he's also having openings in the roof. All that will help to vent the heat in summer. In winter, a patio is perfect for pushing hard and sweating.
Top money saving tip: turn off the central heating and train like a crazy bastid in winter. 10C indoors and loved it last year.
