These sort of emails remind of the programme/game show Bullseye (anyone remember it, showing my age now,:eek:) with Jim Bowen (the host) the last game of the programme, where the darts players have to score 101 or more with six darts to win the prize, if they lost, Jim used to say "Unlucky, heres what you could have won" - on come the studio helpers pushing A caravan, car or speedboat...

Unless it is prefixed with congratulations I assume it is notification that someone else has won, but even then you still get the odd one

It happened this morning, I got an email with the subject line 'You've won a prize from Lactofree!'...
The prize is a 50p off Lactofree products voucher, i know a win is a win but

Ha ha I just came on here to post the exact same thing!!! Got all excited when I saw the subject line, then totally deflated when I saw what the "prize" was! :rotfl:
