New Extension/Party Wall - Builder or me responsible?

I have had a new extension completed recently including structural work to the party wall with new steel beams and new foundations. A party wall award was agreed with the neighbours in advance.
They have now reported cracking to their walls. The conclusion seems to be that this nothing majorly structural to worry about but that it is a consequence of the building works.
I understand they now can ask for money to rectify or ask me to carry out the works. My question is am I personally liable for this is or is my builder liable? He has contractor all risks insurance in place. Would he normally be expected to rectify the cracking out of his own pocket/via his insurance?

You are legally responsible as its your house. I would get it fixed asap before the neighbours get the PW Surveyor involved & the costs start mounting up.
I had a similar situation & it got out of hand due my dodgy PW surveyor wanting to cash in, almost led to us being taken to court, in the end it was settled out of court in cash from the builder to the neighbour.
The neighbour would have sued me & i would have had to sue the builder to recover costs of damage, despite him having indemnity insurance. Depending on level of damage, if it not alot just bite the bullet & get it done, after all your going to be living there & you don't want to be on bad terms i assume.
I would not use PW again in the future, i would put the £'sss of fees in the bank & if there was trouble, would have paid the builder to fix it, lesson learnt!!No one said it was gonna be easy!0
