Hi there anyone!
Help desperately needed re above.. Particulars of Claim submitted were very much lacking in detail.. need to do new one...is this a N244 or N1 form? how do I go about filling it in?
So far filed claim - claim acknowledged - claim defended- claim notice of transfer
issued- as yet no hearing date. No AQ required - what does this mean?
HELP PLEASE ANYONE OUT THERE!!!

Can anyone please tell me whether I need to do a N244 form to adjust POC details before court hearing? If so, can I have some help re 1st page details i.e.First box 1) through to 5) Level of judge?
Part A also ... what do I put here?

have you been asked by the court to re-submit your particulars of claim?
if so post what you received.
if not wait till you get directions from the court before doing anything else

Hi there, thanks for info... have since phoned local court who advised me
to just attach extra info about particulars of claim with a covering letter explaining. (orig POC was found to be very lacking after reading threads on website, I somehow missed info on how to include all I should have...so definitely needed amending!)
Am sending extended particulars plus new schedules to court today.
Have also been advised I will be getting an AQ shortly... the next hurdle!::eek:0
