TNC Parking Services

I received a parking fine for the second time regarding urgent attention required from TNC Parking Servies. If i dont pay the full amount within 14 days legal action will be taken against me.

They also say that their client P4 Parking were dealing with it but due to not paying them it has been handed to TNC. I have had another parking ticket last year from P4 Parking in the same area to which i appealed and heard noting back from.

I have ignored all letters regarding these fines as have been told i only have to pay council/ police issued fines.

Have i done the right thing?

Are you trying to have a laugh at Spacey2012's expense?

Just seemed a bit too sus for me to put any effort into this when I spotted it earlier. Too close to either a p/ss-take or stooge for comfort.

Sorry OP, but you're going have to try really hard now to convince me this is neither of the above.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • This is a genuine question! I was told to come on here to receive the best possible advice not to be told that my comments is a p*ss take

Any kind of advice/help would be appreciated

OK. Taking you at your word, you are too late for a POPLA appeal with the original PPC.

You have ignored up till now and the best bet is to continue to do so.

Try searching TNC on this forum for previous advice as well.

You have, for whatever reason, selected a username that closely mirrors a regular poster. That is where the problem arises and it is a means those intent on causing disruption here have used previously. Sadly, it will mean you are treated with suspicion. TNC are debt collectors based in Cheltenham IIRC.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
  • I am new to this site so wouldn't of known there was somebody else with a similar username, plus with how many people use this site there are bound to be some similarities.

So keep ignoring all there letters and thefts to take legal action? The actual space that I got the ticket in is my own car parking space where I live.

NOPE, why are you thinking to ignore it if this was the first letter.

You treat this first letter as if it's a non-compliant late Notice to Keeper (which it is, non compliant I mean) and challenge it:

Same as that thread which I found by Googling 'P4Parking TNC' as I knew we'd seen these late letters from TNC before. Trouble is that poster doesn't seem to have followed our advice and just wrote to TNC denying all knowledge which is NOT WHAT WE SAID TO DO! Nor did he bother to complain to the DVLA and BPA even though we'd said that as well (they can cancel these when they aren't compliant).

Get on with challenging it exactly as shown (not like that poster did, but like we said to do!). There's even a link to another example where PCS issued a late Notice and Broadsword on pepipoo showed how to complain/challenge.

Also complain to the BPA and the DVLA like here:
